Elf Handled Gift Bag

Hi everyone, I'm sharing this adorable Elf Handled Bag from SVGCutting Files.  How cute is that, love the handle hat.  I used one of the Peachy Keen's PK-1410 Christmas in July Face Stamps.  The Merry Christmas sentiment is also from PKS, it's from the PK-1347 Reverse Sentiment set.  Paper is Authentique Festive and twine is Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine.
