I created a Peppermint Box using the Bubblegum Treat Box.

I used 5 red diecut ice cream cones from the You Make Life Sweet Set and glued them onto a white circle cut out using one of the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies.  I than cut that out using the next size down of the circle dies, to form the peppermint.  I glued that to the front of the box and another one on the back of the box.  I also poked a hole in the top of the box and tied some twine so I can hang this on my tree.  The circle sentiment is from the All Around Goodies Set and the little tree is from the Holiday Tags Set.  This is a fun way to hide inside Secret Santa's names!

Gifts Of Love - Simon Says Stamps December 2015 Card Kit

Simon Says Stamps December Card Kit Gifts of Love is so adorable, love the papers and the stamp set is just darling.  When I saw the sequins stamps in the set I knew I wanted to create a background on some kraft cardstock, I love how it looks.

I used some clear embossing powder over versafine onyx black ink and colored the sequins in with prismacolor pencils and used those same pencils for the rest of the images.  The kit also comes with two packages of Jillibean Soup sticky sequins, I used the red ones here, the green is from my stash.

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas - MCT and Stampin' Up

I have a Christmas card to share today using a sentiment from My Creative Time and some stamps from Stampin' Up's October Paper Pumpkin kit.  I just started this kit this month but manage to get this stamp set off ebay, because I'm now a member I was able to picked up the Blissful Bouquet Refill Kit so I have the whole kit minus the ink spot.  I really love this poinsettia from the set, I think it makes a beautiful background, the tiny flowers and leaves are also from the set.  I stamped the sentiment from MCT Belly Band set onto vellum, I didn't want to totally cover up the pretty flowers.

For my hop project I'm showcasing the

"Stitched Pop-Up Pieces" Dies

How fun are these, I used the bigger one twice for the snowpeople and the smaller one in the middle for the Christmas Tree.  I'm so happy to have these, unless I plan a popup card out in SSDE I won't make one, but these dies make it so easy.  Other sets I used to make this card are the Snowbuddies stamps and Winter Snowman Dies.  The sentiment is from the You're So Cool set and tree is from the Seasonal Greetings set.  The background was created using the snowflakes from It's A Magical Season set, embossed with white embossing powder and use some of the blues Distress Ink.  I added a couple of Winter Flakes Dies and sequins.

Here's a closer look, I also used the Stitched Belly Band Dies, love that set, it's a must have I feel.

For the front I used elements from the same sets I mentioned above, I had put the card together first and thought the front needed some snowflakes and messed up on some stamping too lightly and then I tried to fix, next time I'd add the snowflakes first.

"Date Night" & "Popcorn Background"

The card I used is from SVGCuts Summer Blockbuster svg kit and I decorate it with both new sets.  The popcorn background also comes with dies to cut the popcorn out, so I cut them out and glue them to the top inside of the card.  All the elements on the card front is from the Date Night set including the sentiment.  I had so much fun putting this card together, just pop in a gift card and you have a nice gift for a movie lover friend!

This is such a cute set with a bunch of selfie sentiments and the frame and two selfie dies.  I thought this cute Santa Moose from SVG Cutting Files looked so adorable in the frame.  I also used the Stitched Rectagular Frame Dies to cutout the top card layer and the Stitched Oval Die for the sentiment.  The paper is from Doodlebug Designs Sugarplums Christmas.

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to Day One of My Creative Time's 49th Release Sneaks.

Today we are showcasing the

Hi Sweetie" (FREEBIE)  & "Stripey Background Stamp.

The candies come with dies, I just stamped them on some watercolor paper with some Avery Elle ink and color the background with some Distress Ink.  I added the cookie from the Mixed Just For You set.  The Stripey Background I stamped with some Versamark ink onto red cardstock and used white embossing powder and heated.  I did the same with the bottom layer label except I used red ink on white cardstock.  The label is from the Stitched Belly Bands and the border on the strip is from the Fun Stitched Edges.  The card front layer is cut using the Stitched Rectagular Frame Dies.

Celebrate The Season - SVG Cutting Files Tree and Squirrel

Hi everyone!

I have a cute card to share with you today

using the new Tree and Squirrel file from SVG Cutting Files.

This svg will be available in the store tomorrow.

I wanted to make a winter scene with it so I used gray tones for the tree.  I really love this tree could look nice as a family tree in a frame, may have to do one.  The squirrel is adorable, I cut it out on my Brother ScanNCut2 and added a peachy keen face.  I used the Arched Top Card Base and made it a little bigger then the standard A2 card.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Holiday Tags set.

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

Here's a quick Christmas card using the candy cane from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon, instead of cutting out the pieces I did a print and then cutout with my Brother ScanNCut 2 and then colored it in with my markers.  For those thinking about buying the ScanNCut 2, it's an awesome machine, love it for my stamps, I can stamp a whole page and cut them out in no time.
