Shine Like The Stars - My Creative Time Manly Monday

Hello welcome to MCT's Manly Monday!

I have a quick card to share today using the

Shine Like The Stars set.

I used white versamark and embossing powder for the stamped stars and sentiment and than added the distress ink to create the background color.  Sprayed water and than blotted with a paper towel to create the blotches and splattered some white paint.  Love making these distress backgrounds!

I'm lovin' this adorable set, these little cookies are just too cute!  If you like to bake cookies and give them as gifts this is the set for you, one of my favorites!  I used the snowflake in the set to decorate the bag, so perfect!  I also used one of the tags from the Holidays Tags Stamp and Dies set.

I love the chalkboard look and this set is so awesome.  I make so many Christmas tags so these will be a much used set.  I just stamped this one with versamark and embossed with white powder on some blackboard cardstock I bought from Michaels.  For both circles I used A Bunch Of Fun Circles and More Stitched Circles.

Beware - My Creative Time Whatever Wednesday

I have a quick and easy project to share today.

A Halloween tag using one of the  Sentiment Label Dies.

I decorated the tag with dies and a sentiment from the Spooky Time set.  I trimmed one end of the sentiment label die and used the other side for the top part of the tag.  Trimmed the two sides off at the top on an angle and pushed a hole for the twine.
