Pagemaps Scrapbook Page - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Hello, I'd like to share my Doodlebug design team project I created from a sketch provided to me by Becky from Pagemaps. I don't do many scrapbook pages so having this sketch was a huge help, I really enjoyed putting this project together.

Here is the sketch.

The background paper is Yankee Doodle's star spangled and a sheet of lily white textured cardstock with some stamped red stitching.

I used the fun Yankee Doodle Collection, it was the perfect fit for this photo of my grandson.  A couple of the clouds are from the odds & ends pack and two I cut out using a cloud die from some sprinkles vellum.  I cut apart the triangles from the pint size treasures page to create the banner adding some red, white and blue star sprinkles and red, white and blue twine. 

I cut out tickets from some of the 12 x 12 paper pack collection and used some of the strips from the sticker sheet to create the border.  The tag was cut from the raised heart vellum adding the sticker sentiment and the wagon from the odds and ends pack.

Love all the silver shimmer in this collection adds such a beautiful touch to your project, very classy, just look at the pretty sticker and ric rac trim.
