I used the Cute Tag Sentiments stamp and die set along with the teddy from the Beary Special Thoughts stamp and die set.

At The Zoo Candy Caddies - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Hello, here's a couple of candy caddies I made for my Doodlebug design team project which is featured on their blog today!! I made these for the off the page challenge, for those that don't know an off the page project can be anything but a traditional scrapbook page.

These treat holders are great for a child's birthday party and the At The Zoo collection makes them that much more special! I used a die from Jaded Blossom to cut out the three caddies from the zippity zoo dots, zoo friends and roly poly pandas paper.

To decorate I used borders from the safari plaid sheet and stickers from the icon sheet 1 and icon sheet 2.  On this one, I used tangerine chunky twine.

This has swimming pool chunky twine.

And the last I used bon bon chunky twine.

For the inside box that holds the candy I used paper from the rainbow swiss dots petite prints pack.

Apple Slider Gift Card Holder - Lori Whitlock Creative Team

Hello, Everyone!  I'm up over at Lori Whitlock's blog today sharing this cute gift card holder I created using the back to school apple and worm file. You can also get this file from the Silhouette Design Store here. I made a couple of adjustments in Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to make it a slide out gift card holder.

I created rhinestone holes, (size 1 spacing .2) around an internal offset of the apple so I could stitch together a front and back layer using some Doodlebug twine.

The stitching at the top of the apple is only on the front, I needed a gap so the apple core with gift card could slide in and out.

To create the apple core I made an internal offset of the apple and used one of the nested scalloped circles, (silhouette store here) to subtracted bites from it, I did this a couple of times. The placeholders are from one of the Christmas ornament gift card set, (silhouette store here).

A cute way to give a back to school gift!  The patterned paper used is by Doodlebug and sentiment is from My Creative Time.

Lori Whitlock August 2017 Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to this month's hop!!  I'm so happy to be back here on Lori's Creative Team, looking forward to the next couple of months!  For my blog hop project, I'd like to share a card using the adorable turtle shaped birthday card and the birthday balloon bouquet files.

I cut out the balloons in white cardstock and colored them in with my new distress oxide inks, except for the yellow.  The rest of the paper is from Doodlebug Design.

Christmas Tags with Twine Stitching - Doodlebug Design Team Project

Hello, I have a couple of Doodlebug Design Christmas tags to share with you today. For this Stitched Twine Challenge, I used a couple of cutting files from the Here Comes Santa Claus collection, you can get this from the Silhouette Online Store or Lori Whitlock's Online Shop in svg format.

I used three of the here comes santa claus ornament cut files and made cutouts for each tag using my Silhouette Cameo. Silhouette Studio has a nice rhinestone feature, I used that to create the holes for my stitches, size 1 spacing .2 worked perfectly for me.

The tags have three layers, top with the cutout and stitching on the gingham, patterned paper for the middle and a shadow layer using textured cardstock.

For the stitching, I used a simple back stitch and on the chunky twine I knotted and frayed the ends.

The little tags were printed then cut with my Cameo, which I layered onto another tag cut from silver sprinkles vellum.

Swimming By - My Creative Time Trending Now

Hello and welcome, my project I'd like to share today is a MCT trending now under the sea card.  This was a quick and easy card to make using the Sea You Soon set.  I used some distress oxide inks to great the background and spraying with some water, I then stamped the fish and colored with a gray watermarker.  The turtle was cut out with the coordinating die that comes in the set.
